Why were the Night Porter Systems designed?

The traveller and the holiday maker increasingly use the Internet to look for accommodation both in the search for 'a better deal' and also to have access to information not found in brochures or phone books.
We have investigated other Accommodation Booking systems and Availability systems and feel them all to be lacking in some respect.  The 'popular' ones tend to cater for the larger establishments needing to fill several rooms on a 'standby rate'. We believe there is a place for these but have yet to find an affordable system which meets the needs of the Bed & Breakfast/ Self-Catering/ Hotel/ Motel owner who cannot be on call 24 hrs a day and who cannot afford the time to constantly check the Internet or Email to stay 'up to date' with the bookings made by other agencies.
Some systems require the public to find your accommodation via their site.  If the public does not use/ know of their site - how can they find you to make a booking?  Both Night Porter Systems use Your site.

Some systems require the owner to 'lock in' their rates etc which cannot be changed for short or long-term special deals: neither do they cater for Minimum Stay requirements which differ with the time of year. Night Porter Does! You are 'in control'.
We feel there is a place for a user-friendly programme designed to meet the needs of most holiday accommodation houses at an affordable price. With our combined experience of the accommodation industry from both a Booking Agent's and Owner's viewpoint, we believe that Night Porter meets these requirements.
