There are two parallel systems - please read and decide which is for you.

Night Porter Availability Check and Booking System
You (or we) place a link on your Web Site.
Guests come to Night Porter from YOUR web page.
You update your Availability Calendars.
Guests tick the dates required and enter the number of guests.
The system automatically works out the cost.
The system applies the rates you supply - up to 4 different rates.
The system applies minimum stay periods.
Guests pay a deposit 'online' to Night Porter.
Booking confirmed by email to guest - email and SMS to you.
The booking is now totally your responsibility.
Night Porter sends you the deposit less charges - monthly.
Your Availability Calendar is automatically updated.

The system sends an email to them and to you.
You reply by email or phone within 24 hrs - confirm price etc.
